Bought an expensive iron filtration system from this outfit. Brandon, the installer, was great and so was the manager Mark. After a few months I noticed that my water was still a bit yellow (but not stinky anymore). I called and asked them to check it out. Brandon came and took a new water sample, and tested it (no charge) and after getting the results, Brandon came back again and did something with the cycles on the filter (over my head). My water is better now. Mark and Brandon have given me excellent service and no one asked me to pay an additional cent to fix my issue. I can’t recommend Ackuritlabs enough. They have been nothing but honest, humble and professional at all times.

Very pleased with the quality of work and service I received from Ackuritlabs when we got our well water tested and our water softener installed. Brooke and Brandon were professional, knowledgeable and had fantastic customer service and were able to teach me about the product and answer all of my questions. We dealt with many contractors building our home, and Ackuritlabs was one of the best to work with.

I rang these folks expecting to make an appointment for them to come out and explore green slime in my backyard PVC spigot line, and possible concern. It might be bacterial related. I also had my hot water heater flushed out (neglected for 8 years 🙄) and discovered a ton of calcium deposits. The woman I spoke with (sorry I did not get her name) recommended I submit a photo or of the slime. She patiently and thoroughly educated me about possibilities and solutions relevant to my problem. I was expecting to have an appointment made, followed by a solution involving a large bit of money invested in gadgets and treatments to deal with the issue. I will surely follow up with her recommendations. I just wanted to write this review which echos many other reviewers attesting this is a highly professional company who is truly interested to be helpful, not mere money grubbers 🤗🌻
