Information collected automatically
When you visit the Site, certain information is collected automatically through cookies and similar technologies (see Section 4 below), including:
- IP address and approximate location
- Browser type, device type, and operating system
- Pages visited, time spent on pages, links clicked, and referring/exit pages
- Interactions with ads shown to you on or off our Site
3. How We Use Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Respond to inquiries and provide requested services or consultations
- Operate, maintain, and improve the Site
- Understand how visitors use the Site (analytics)
- Measure and improve the effectiveness of our advertising, including ads run through Google and Meta (Facebook/Instagram)
- Show you relevant ads on other websites and platforms (retargeting)
- Comply with legal obligations and protect against fraud or misuse of the Site
4. Cookies and Tracking Technologies
We use cookies and similar technologies (pixels, tags, and local storage) directly and through third-party tools, including:
- Google Tag Manager — a tag management system we use to deploy and manage tracking scripts on the Site. [LIST THE SPECIFIC TAGS CONFIGURED INSIDE THE GTM CONTAINER HERE — e.g., Google Analytics, Google Ads conversion tracking, Meta Pixel, etc. GTM itself is just a delivery mechanism; the tags loaded through it determine what's actually disclosed below and what needs to be gated behind consent.]
- GoHighLevel (GHL) — we use GoHighLevel to process form submissions (such as consultation requests) and manage related customer communications (e.g., email/text follow-up). Information you submit through our forms is stored and processed by GoHighLevel on our behalf. Learn more: https://www.gohighlevel.com/privacy-policy
These tools may collect data about your browsing behavior on our Site and, depending on which tags are configured in Google Tag Manager, may share it with Google, Meta, and/or other advertising partners, which may combine it with other information they have about you. You can learn more about how these companies handle data here:
- Google Privacy Policy: https://policies.google.com/privacy
- Meta Privacy Policy: https://www.facebook.com/privacy/policy/
Your cookie choices
When you first visit the Site, you will see a cookie consent banner allowing you to accept or decline non-essential cookies (Statistics/Analytics and Marketing categories). Strictly necessary/functional cookies are used regardless, as the Site cannot function properly without them. You can change your preferences at any time using the "Manage Consent" / "Opt-out preferences" link in the site footer, or through your browser settings.
[NOTE TO SITE ADMIN: confirm in Complianz that (a) the cookie scan has been run and synced, and (b) any script currently listed as "pending investigation" has been reviewed and correctly categorized. Non-essential scripts should not fire until a visitor has affirmatively consented.]
5. How We Share Information
We do not sell your personal information for money. We may share information with:
- Service providers who perform services on our behalf (e.g., website hosting, email delivery, scheduling/consultation booking, payment processing, financing partners).
- Advertising and analytics partners (Google, Meta) as described in Section 4, which may be considered a "sale" or "sharing" of personal information under California law (CPRA), even though no money changes hands. See Section 7 for your opt-out rights.
- Professional advisors (e.g., attorneys, accountants) as needed.
- Legal and safety purposes, including to comply with a subpoena, court order, or other legal process, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Ackuritlabs, our customers, or others.
- In connection with a business transaction, such as a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
6. Data Retention
We retain personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this policy, including to provide services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Blog comments and associated metadata are generally retained indefinitely so we can recognize follow-up comments; you may request deletion at any time (see Section 8).
7. Your Privacy Rights (California and Other States)
If you are a California resident, you have rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act / California Privacy Rights Act (CCPA/CPRA), including the right to:
