I'm very grateful for the professional staff and the quick turnaround time for test results. As a 23 year veteran home inspector, I've worked with several labs. Happy to say that Ackuritelabs is my new go-to!👍

I had an issue and posted a negative review regarding the scheduling and billing of a service call. I gave a 2 star review based on the situation. I was incorrect to have posted here and not speak with them first. I have since had a chance to talk to them about the situation and it was handled to appropriately and with professionalism. As stated in the initial review I have had nothing but outstanding service in regards the service technicians who have ended out coming to my house. They are professional and take time to explain issues and answer the dumbest of questions that I have asked.

Ackuritlabs is easy to work with, attentive, and quick to reply. Once we decided to proceed with a filtration system, I stopped by the store and system was installed the next day. Michael and his exceptional assistant (his son, Sawyer) installed, then thoroughly explained the functions, requirements and uses of the system installed. Looking forward to experiencing the difference our new water system makes! It's good to know they're just a phone call away. :-)
